Guardian bundel applications (“the App”), developed and operated by GuardianApps, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our mobile application.

We collect the following types of information:

• User Information: Name, email, profile logo, and signature if provided.
• Inspection Data: Customer name, contact details, site address, inspection notes, and uploaded photos.
• Images & Media: Photos captured or uploaded within the app, stored locally and in iCloud.
• AI Analysis Data: Images and text sent to OpenAI for hazard identification and recommendations.
• Purchase Information: Data related to in-app purchases (via Apple App Store).
• Device Information: App version, device type, and OS version (collected automatically).

We use the collected data to:

• Generate inspection reports (Excel/PDF).
• Perform AI-based hazard analysis.
• Save and sync drafts to iCloud.
• Allow sharing of inspection results with customers and stakeholders.
• Process in-app purchases for premium features.
• Improve the app and provide support.

• Local Storage: Inspection drafts and photos are stored securely on your device.
• iCloud: If enabled, data is synced to your iCloud account and isolated per user.
• Security Measures: We use Apple’s iOS security framework and encrypted connections.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only with:

• OpenAI: For AI hazard analysis (images/text are transmitted for processing).
• Apple: For iCloud storage and in-app purchases.
• Third-party cloud providers (if you choose to export reports to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, POPIA):

• You can access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• You can request data export of your inspection reports.
• You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time (may affect app functionality).

The app is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and on our website.
